Swingy, lightweight Bagru Block Print Skirt features a special form of hand printing from the Rajasthani village of Bagru, near Jaipur. Traditionally, bagru motifs are inspired by the plant and animal life of the local desert area. The designs are carved into blocks and then hand-printed on a dyed or indigo fabric background. The minerals in the water have an impact on the final color of the prints, rendering each piece unique by nature.
